Analyzing and understanding customers need and
wants and anticipating future need is called quality.

According to “GFI (PVT) LTD”


Quality is to identify and fulfill all the customers’
needs
They also consider quality as “the degree of
fulfillment of standards in producing a product”. If
the product is meeting the raw material and
process standards, it will be a quality product.
