The United Nations Food and Agriculture
Organization (FAO) estimates that
one in nine people are chronically
undernourished.
The worlds population has doubled
since the 1960s, world meat production
has quadrupled.
Plant-based diets are sustainable and
require 1/3 of the land used for animal
farms and feed production.
