Service Background:
DC-HSDPA: Two inter-frequency cells schedules one

subscriber that is covered by both cells concurrently to realize
resource sharing and average assignment of resources and to
improve the downlink rate and cell edge gain.
Configuration:
At the RNC side: Enable the DC-HSDPA switch.
SET CORRMALGOSWITCH: CfgSwitch = CFG_HSDPA_DC_SWITCH
If both DC+64QAM and MIMO+64QAM are supported, set the

MIMOorDcHSDPASwitch parameter to DC+64QAM.
SET FRC: MIMOorDcHSDPASwitch = DC-HSDPA

Add a DC group.
ADD DUALCELLGRP: FIRSTLOCELL=0, SECONDLOCELL=1
Notes:
The DC group must be configured after two local cells that comprise the DC
group are configured. The configuration of the DC group cannot be modified
before the logical cells are configured or when the logical cells exist.
The two cells must belong to one sector. The RRUs of the local cells that are
distributed cells in the DC group must be identical.
The two cells must belong to one downlink resource group. One local cell can
only be the member of one DC group.

The UL L2 function of the RAN12 is enhanced to solve the problem that the
fixed PDU on the RLC cannot provide effective support for the uplink high rate.
The size of the PDU can be adjusted according to the actual situation.

Service background
The HSUPA service promotes the uplink rate of a cell. However, the uplink
interference of the cell also increases. As a result, the IC technology is
adopted to enlarge the uplink capacity of the cell, optimize the edge coverage,
and improve the throughout of the cell and quality of users' signals.

Configure method
Enable the IC switch during the configuration of local cells of the physical
NodeB.

The RAN12 does not support the switchover between the two algorithms.

Service Background:
To ensure the life and safety of citizens and reduce financial losses in disasters,
the RNC sends precautions to terminals through emergent broadcasting.
The M2000/LMT sends a message to the RNC through the OM channel. After

Summary sheet of the IUB template
Introduction:
Operations:
Use
mouse drag row 5 of the Summary sheet. This row displays the mapping
relations between the customization parameters of the NodeB sheets and the
data displayed on the Summary sheets.
Update Summary from NodeB Sheets button to update the NodeB sheet data to the
Summary sheets in batches. Click the Generate NodeB Sheet from Summary button to
generate multiple new NodeB sheets based on each row of data and each NodeB sheet.
Row 5 of the Excel sheets identifies the location of the updated data in NodeB sheets. By
right-clicking the Summary sheets, the user can add rows.
