customer interaction channels such as the Interaction Center,
the Internet, and mobile clients.

process of managing the entire

extended enterprise. Product lifecycle
management is one of the four cornerstones of a
corporation's information technology structure.
SAP Supply Chain Management
• The SAP Financial Supply Chain Management
(SAP FCSM) application helps support,
accounts receivable, credit, and collections
teams coordinate communication and
processes to manage receivables, analyze root
causes of late payments, and proactively
handle customer disputes – providing tools to
reduce days sales outstanding, and improve
customer service.
