15th Dec Srivastava joined Neptune as general manager IT, 18 year of
career with five different and reputable companies in IT. Srivastava appeared to be smart person having a fair understanding of things outside IT industry as well like Indian Economy , Sports & property prices. 29th Dec Das identified Srivastava had a discussion with Swami about implementing the 2010 committee recommendations. Swami asked Srivastava to evaluate Zeta technology for same requirement Swami suggested Gopakumar for scrapping the existing system entirely and try developing a new Zeta- based AIMS. On January 31, 2012 Srivastava finally communicated Das that Neptune is in the favor of giving a chance to its competitor Zeta no later than Feb10,2012 Until Dec 2011, Das and his team were confident of the deal with Neptune.
