MAT FEB

2017

Management Aptitude Test(MAT) is a standardized


test being administered since 1988 to facilitate
Business Schools (B-Schools) to screen candidates for
admission to MBA and allied programmes. Govt. of
India, Ministry of HRD approvedMATas a national
level test in 2003.
MAT is held fourtimes in a year: February, May,
September and December. Exam dates and other
schedules are generally announced three months
before the exam.

Last Date for Online Registration


For candidates who complete the Online Registration by
Uploading digital image of photograph,

Uploading digital image of signature, and

Online payment
Late Date for Online Filling-up

For candidates who affix the photograph and sign the printout of
Registration Form
and

For candidates who make the payment through Demand Draft


(DD) or Online Payment
and

For candidates who purchase the Registration Form against cash


payment from AIMA, New Delhi

Last Date for Submission of duly completed Printout of Registration


Form at AIMA, New Delhi

27 January, 2017 (Friday) (upto 2:00 P.M.)


(In this case, do NOT send the printout of the Registration Form.
However, the candidate should retain a Printout of Registration Form
for reference.)

(In this case, SEND the Printout of Registration Form. DD is also to be
sent along with the Printout of the Registration Form, if payment was
made through DD.)

Mode of Test

Candidate can choose any ONE of the two options to take the test:
Paper Based Test or Computer Based Test

Test Timing

PAPER BASED TEST: 1000-1230 Hrs


Reporting Time at the Test Centre: 0900 Hrs
COMPUTER BASED TEST: n different Time slots at specific test
venues; subject to number of candidates registering for Computer
Based Test.

Admit Card

Admit card can be downloaded after 28 Januray 2017 (Saturday) from


from AIMA website link: https://apps.aima.in/matadmitcard.aspx

Eligibility:
Graduates in any discipline can take the exam.
Final year graduation students can also apply.
Theres no age limit for MAT exam.
Application Fee: A MAT 2017 application fee is Rs 1200 (One
thousand two hundred only). Candidates can apply through any one
of three following modes:

Online Payment
While filling the online form, one can pay via Credit Card/Debit Card.

Demand Draft
Obtain crossed Demand Draft (DD) of Rs 1200 in favor of All India
Management Association payable at Delhi from any bank. Then
register online along with the DD details.

Cash
Obtain form with MAT Bulletin/CD against a cash payment of Rs 1200
from listed Nodal Centers of AIMA OR from AIMA, New Delhi.
