How many types of pollution are

there?

There are basically 4 types of pollution:

Air pollution- pollution in air
land/soil pollution- pollution on land or soil
Noise pollution- pollution through noise
Water pollution- pollution in water

Air pollution

Air pollutionis the introduction of particulates, biological molecules, and other harmful
substances into Earth's atmosphere, causing diseases, allergies, death to humans,
damage to other living organisms such as animals and food crops, or the natural or
built environment.

Water pollution

Water pollutionis thecontaminationofwaterbodies (e.g. lakes, rivers, oceans,

aquifers and groundwater). This form of environmental degradation occurs
whenpollutantsare directly or indirectly discharged intowaterbodies without
adequate treatment to remove harmful compounds.

Who has started pollution?

Humans have started pollution, because of this, this generation cant experience the
cleanliness of the olden days.
