How To Make A Diy Smartphone Projector

Magnifying glass or a
large aperture lens
X-acto knife or similar

STEP 1:
TRACE A
HOLE ON
THE BOX
Trace the outer edge of your lens or
magnifying glass onto one of the short sides
of the box.
STEP 2:
CUT A
HOLE
IN
THAT
BOX
Do not cut too much to avoid leaking
around
the lens.
At the back of your box, cut a small hole for
the power cord of the phone.
STEP 3:
ATTACH
THE
LENS
Line up your lens with the hole and apply the
tape around the edge. Make sure there are no
holes between the tape for the light to escape.
STEP 4:
MAKE A
STAND
Make a stand for the phone out of a
paper clip.
STEP 5:
FLIP
THE
SCREEN
STEP 6:
FIND
FOCUS
Position your phone in its stand near the back
of the box and adjust forwards or backwards
until your image appears clear.
