Aim:

Alternative non-agricultural sources of income generation


Promoting small scale and micro enterprises in Bodakonda village.

NEED:
WATER SCARCITY DUE TO LACK OF RAINS
standard electricity supply
skilled labours
People face failure in agriculture in the village, so its better to
make alternative ways for source of income by creating
BODAKONDA village as a hotspot for manufacturing of homemade
goods.

PROPOSAL

Methodology: STEP1:
PROVISION OF

1. Sewing machines( embroidery, art, crafts, labeling local clothing style)


2. Spinning (cotton)
3. Agarbathi making
4. Candle making
5. Ayurvedic herbs from Yellammathanda and Bodakonda hills
6. Cattle breeding for dairy products as well as natural manure
7. Paper plates making
8. Brick (mud and red soil) manufacturing.
9. Soap making
10. Food processing

Step2 : FUNDING

Segregating works btw men and women ,


women are funded with local self groups undertaking by
government (dwakra mahila) women can be funded with 0%
interest free loan and they could earn income and can improve
livelihood as well as women empowerment in the village
(people learn by help of one and another if one in the village
learns)

Step 3:

For males, Government is giving 10000 without any proof under


JAN-DHAN YOJANA
ANKUR BHARATH
For promoting start-ups & MSME ministry loans can be availed to public so that
they can earn enhancing rural life.

Step 4:
Above mentioned doesn't need hard skilful labour and required
raw materials could be brought &sold by panchayat and goods
manufactured can be sold to towns by panchayat.

CONCLUSION:
panchayat indirectly created an environment which is
responsible for the uplift and community participation in rural
development and duty of the development could be achieved
both by public and administration interacts with each other.
