understanding of the political economic
structure of the Philippines which kept
it underdeveloped. In order to solve
such problem, President Aquino paves
the road towards empowerment.

From government policies influenced by
well-connected private interest to

mainly out of political accommodation
to discerning selection based on
integrity, competence and

good. Cabinet members are extremely
chosen for the purpose of giving public
service and nor self-service.
D. GENDER EQUALITY
From a lack of concern for gender
disparities and shortfalls, to the
promotion of equal gender opportunity
in all spheres of public policies and
programs. The governments main
concern is to eliminate discrimination.
Anyone can access the different
programs of the government
regardless of gender and race.
F. ENVIRONMENT
From allowing environmental blight to
spoil our cities, where both the rich and
the poor bear with congestion and
urban decay to planning alternative,
inclusive urban development where
people of varying income levels are
integrated in productive, healthy and
safe communities. LGUs prime concern
is to implement programs that would
lessen all kinds of pollution for the
safety of the community.
