Human trafficking is the trade of
humans, most commonly for the
purpose of sexual slavery, forced
labor, or commercial sexual
exploitation for the trafficker or
others.
 HOW MUCH REVENUE IS MADE
THROUGH HUMAN TRAFFICKING

The estimated profit made in the

year of 2014 was around 150 billion
dollars. As the years pass, more
money continually expands.
 WHERE IS HUMAN TRAFFICKING
MOST PREVALENT
The top ten countries that are infamous for human
trafficking are
China
Ghana
Uganda
Nepal
Sri Lanka
El Salvador
Pakistan
Haiti
Brazil
Bangladesh
 CHINA
China is a source, a transit and a
destination for human trafficking.
Humans are trafficked mostly for the
sake of forced labor or forced
prostitution. Because of its
population, the labor in China is
cheap.It was recently found out that
there are large Chinese human
trafficking rackets in Spain and
France will buy and sell these
Chinese people for about $72,000.
 BANGLADESH
Bangladesh is the most infamous
country when it comes to human
trafficking. It is a major hub for
transit routes all across the world. It
is a source, transit and destination
for human trafficking. Men, women
and children are all forced into doing
things. Forced prostitution, forced
labor, forced organ donations, selling
of organs, even selling ova eggs.
 WHAT CAN BE DONE TO HELP
PREVENT HUMAN TRAFFICKING
Some of the ways you could help to
prevent human trafficking is by
educating yourself, telling your
friends and family, getting involved
in community events, and purchasing
Fair Trade. By doing this you can
directly impact the fight against
trafficking.
