Objectives
The research aims to maintain and sustain
retention of knowledge among students
through the triad of learning among which
can greatly contribute to strengthen the
foundation of their knowledge as they
prepare themselves for the LET and the
field of teaching through the Student-
Teachers Enhancement Program.
Assumptions
The following assumptions are made:
1. Mastery of the Professional Education
subjects is an essential factor to pass the LET
and to become an effective and efficient
educator.
2. Regular review programs prevent
knowledge lost and promote retention of
learnings.
3. Utilization of technology in enhancement
review programs will be of great help in all
levels.
Research Questions
How can ATP help the college in preparing the
student-teachers for the Licensure Exam?
What can the students and the institution do to
improve the weaknesses of the student-teachers
revealed in the result of the ATP?
Does the triad of learning of the STEP improved
the students-teachers weakness?
What is the impact of the triad of learning to the
student-teachers?
Are refresher programs like STEP can be helpful
to the institution as they prepare every student-
teachers for the LET and the field?

CONCLUSION
Based on the findings obtained in the study, the
researchers concluded that:
Assessment for Teaching Potential which revealed
the strengths and weaknesses of each student
teachers. It can be used as a basis or tool for
developing a review program. It will improve their
weaknesses and boost their strengths as they
prepare themselves to the challenging Licensure
Examination as well as in the actual field of teaching.
It is very important for every educational institution
to provide programs which enhance the skills of
every student teachers. As stated in the Code of
Ethics for Professional Teachers Article 1 Section 1.
CONCLUSION

The systematic process of the triad of learning


greatly contributed in enhancing the weakness
of the student teachers and in relearning things.
The triad of learning also improved
communication skill of the student-teachers as
well as their relationship with each other.
CONCLUSION

Programs like Student Teachers Enhancement


Program provides opportunity to both student
teachers and graduates of education to relearn
their weak points at their own convenience. For
students, this could be of great help if they want
to have an advanced learning or if they have
certain confusions or queries to a certain topic
yet they dont have guts to ask their teachers.
For graduates, this can be a way of reviewing in
preparation to the LET
Recommendation
Based on the findings obtained in the study, the
researchers offered the following recommendations
to wit:
The institution must use assessments like ATP to
monitor the progress of every student-teachers:
the strengths and weaknesses. Which can help
them to formulate appropriate review programs.
The College of education must require every
Department to conduct relearning programs or
reviews with regards to their area of specialization.
Recommendation
The triad of learning can be used as mode of
review programs for every students as well as a
teaching strategy.
Teachers can make use of the triad of learning in
improving communication skill of every learner.
The institution must have annual review and
seminar for all levels to maintain and sustain the
knowledge of every student teachers in all
subjects.
