Pressure Process Equipment in the Country

4. HDO has been approved by all leading Inspection Agencies and

has accreditation of ISO 9001.

5. HDO has required infrastructure and manufacturing

facilities for manufacturing of Process Equipment.

Plasma Cutting is a process that is

Sub-Merged Arc Welding

Machine The molten weld and the arc zone
are protected from atmospheric
contamination by being
"submerged" under a blanket of
granular fusible flux consisting
oflime,silica, manganese
oxide,calcium fluoride, and other
compounds. When molten, the
flux becomes conductive, and
provides a current path between
the electrode and the work. This
thick layer of flux completely
covers the molten metal thus
preventing spatter and sparks as
well as suppressing the intense
ultraviolet radiation and fumes

Hydraulic Press

compressive force. It uses the hydraulic equivalent of a
mechanicallever.
The hydraulic press depends onPascal's principle:
thepressurethroughout a closed system is constant. One part of the
system is apistonacting as a pump, with a modest mechanical force
acting on a small cross-sectional area; the other part is a piston with a
larger area which generates a correspondingly large mechanical force.
