MOZZARELLA
cheese

MAYONNAISE

2 LEMONS 100 ml EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL

Method

Prepare the Virgin dressing by MIXING
the mayonnaise with
lemon juice and
a ladleful of hot water

Let the sauce REST in the fridge

DICE the mozzarella cheese
and PLACE it at the bottom of a
glass

ADD, onto the mozzarella cheese,

a layer of smoked salmon

and some arugula leaves on top of


it

REPEAT the layering twice,
TOP with the Virgin dressing and
SERVE
