PILLAR I

Creation of Data base/profile of the surenderees

Lead Agency: Department of Health along with Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA),
National Bureau of Investigation (NBI), PNP and DILG (LGU), Dangerous Drugs Board (DDB)

The screening and referral for appropriate services


to include but not limited to drug testing, treatment
and rehabilitation, mental health facility/medical
center/hospital and provision of support i.e.
education, skills training, job opportunities,
psychosocial, medical etc.
PILLAR II

Community Based Rehabilitation Pillar


the Ugnayan ng Barangay at Simbahan (UBAS) along with other line
agencies such as PNP, Department of Social Welfare and Development
(DSWD), Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA),
DILG and DOH
The objective of this Pillar is to design a community-
based and holistic recovery and rehabilitation
programs to make the community (barangay level)
a rehabilitation center for the drug user/pusher
surenderees.
PILLAR III

Aftercare, Reintegration and


Transformation Support for Recovering
Drug Dependents
Department of Social Welfare and Development along with TESDA,
DepEd, DOJ-Parole and Probation Administration and Bureau of Jail
Management (BJMP)
to work hand-in-hand to provide wide-array of
aftercare services to recovering drug dependents.
As defined, it is a set of programs/interventions and
services to support the after-care/treatment of
former drug dependents and their families to
strengthen rehabilitation and reintegration.
Proposed program
concept/mechanism (III)
Profiling of Surrenderees (Inter-disciplinary)
Pre-discharge conference/treatment planning (c/o LSWDOs)
Psychosocial Support Services
Volunteer Resource Development Management (VDRM) or
the mobilization of trained professionals/paraprofessionals in
the community
Intergenerational Support-for potential community
volunteers through the sectoral programs of the Department
i.e. Pag-asa Youth Association of the Philippines (PYAP),
Kalipunan ng Liping Pilipina (KALIPI), Federation of Senior
Citizens Association of the Philippines (FSCAP), Day Care
