Collect and Organize data, and apply critical thinking to interpret information from clients
and constituencies.
Take good notes when making home visits to be used in documentation.
PRACTICE BEHAVIOR 7.20

Apply Knowledge of human behavior and the social environment, person-in-environment,

and other multidisciplinary theoretical frameworks in intervention with clients and
constituencies.
Discuss and learn about intervention that utilize knowledge of human behavior. Understand
certain aspects of services provided by CPS and APS that use the PIE theoretical
frameworks.

Develop mutually agreed-on intervention goals and objectives based on the critical
assessment of strengths, needs, and challenges within clients and constituencies;
Promote Self-efficiency and empowerment when interacting with clients.

Select appropriate interventions strategies based on the assessment, research knowledge,

and values and preferences of clients and constituencies.
Put the most important needs of clients first.
