Ireland Culture
Languages
English is the most widely spoken language in the country
with Irish spoken as a first language by a small minority.
Government
The Republic of Ireland is a Parliamentary Democracy run by
a President, House of Representatives, and Senate.
Northern Ireland is a part of the United Kingdom which is a
Constitutional Monarchy and Parliamentary Democracy run
by a Queen and a Parliament.
Sports
The main sports played are Gaelic football, hurling, soccer,
rugby, and hockey.
