Using the shelter's exit evaluation forms for clients that are leaving the
shelter
This allows us to sit down with clients and discover what they liked and
disliked about the services they received from our agency, allowing feedback
from clients that can be used to make improvements
 APPLY KNOWLEDGE OF HUMAN BEHAVIOR AND
MULTIDISCIPLINARY THEORETICAL FRAMEWORKS IN THE
EVALUATION OF OUTCOMES

Review exit evaluation process and practice the steps of exiting clients
from the shelter
 CRITICALLY ANALYZE, MONITOR, AND EVALUATE
INTERVENTION AND PROGRAM PROCESSES AND
OUTCOMES

Meeting with clients to determine where they are at with meeting their
goals, determine whether or not the intervention being used is efficient
and if it needs to be changed for goals to be met
 APPLY EVALUATION FINDINGS TO IMPROVE PRACTICE
EFFECTIVENESS AT THE MICRO, MEZZO, AND MACRO
LEVELS

Summarize the clients exit evaluation in the shelter spreadsheet so that

the information can be used to improve the services provided at the
shelter and at SFVC
