    Pilot Pollution criteria takes CPICH scanning drive test as


    input and generates Pilot Pollution Event

    Criteria:
    If
    4th and 5th ranked PSC (ranked according to RSCP) stronger than -85 dBm
    AND
    Both 4th and 5th PSCs RSCP within 5 dB of the 1st PSCs RSCP.

    Then,

    Generate a Pilot Pollution Alert event.
