Placing a Video Call
In Meeting room #1:

Use navigation buttons


to choose quick dial
entry to call DC/ HCM
MR#1

Enter Favorites to choose


other meeting room
(MR#2, PVGAS meeting
rooms)

In Meeting room #2:

Use navigation
buttons to choose
quick dial entry to
call DC/ HCM MR#1

Enter Place a Call to

Answer/End call

Answer an incoming call


Press CALL or select YES

Ending a call
Press HANG UP to end the
call
Making multi points call

Press Call then select Add Call and

Re-do step 2 for other sites

FAQs?

Cant make a call?


Check the Video Conference systems at other ends are turned on?
Check the IP address or Telephone number is correct?
Cant hear the voice from others?
Check Amplifier is turned on. Press quick selection 1 to reset
amplifier settings.
Check Microphones are in Mute mode (see the icon displayed on
screen)
Cant see the Video signal on TV?
Check TV is turn on. On TV remote control, press SOURCE then
choose source from Component input.
