At times the goal to be accomplished is not at the forefront of our minds
Team Meetings can be long due to the objectives not being discussed instantly
The length and productivity of team meetings and the work accomplished will be a good
indicator

Our team is committed but at times our standards arent at the same level
We hold each other accountable and ensure below standard work is corrected
