    Entrues
    Salary Structure has been changed & is now based upon the targets set by ORE/Leads across all
    circles
    Removed of Non Performing FSEs in UP West , UP East & Rajasthan
    Keeping 2 buffer manpower in Delhi to attend urgent calls
    2 more ORM will be hired for the all overhead
    We will not increase our FSE count in UP-West & Rajasthan circles work unless and until we set
    up a process of improving our productivity & quality of service delivery.

    Training to be provided at the earliest to FSEs
    Direct talking with Entrues FSEs regarding payments etc. to be avoided (for e.g. recent
    Rajasthan incident of FSE directly complaining to Eltek about a unjustified payment should be
    avoided)
    Approval process to be fastened for us to be able to comply to 15 day invoicing process
    FSR soft copy submissions to be allowed in digital format
    Strengthening the PMO organization for ELTEK
    operations
    Operation & Relationship Executive Key Account Manager (YTD)

    Bi-Weekly Submission of Execution
    FSE Tracking Report
    Ensuring the Planned Call Execution Bi-Weekly Spare Parts Consumption
    FSR Soft Copy Collection Report
    Validating the FSRs Resolution of any Escalation from
    FSR Hard Copy Collection RSM/CL
    Reports to the Key Account Manager Recording the attendance &
    Preparing the Execution Report Performance of each FSE
    Call closure in CRM ORE & Team Coordinator.
