    The 1st example included is used to
    GENRE portray a sad and lonely mood for the
    viewer. It is used when the character is
    walking into the mental ward.

    The genre of our film has thriller and horror characteristics. So, we are focusing on
    music that is creepy, intense or scary.
    This will add a suspenseful mood and make the experience more realistic for the
    viewer.
    We browsed through a variety of types of music and focused mainly on music only
    involving dark timbre.

    The 2nd example included is used when the


    protagonist and the viewer sees the
    antagonist for the first time on scree. This
    creates an intense and suspenseful mood.
