non partisan organization that promotes the strengthening
of legislative branches of government and the consolidation
of democratic systems, through dialogue, transparency and
access to public information. As part of its non profit work
its members created the LEGISLATIVE AND REGULATORY
TRACKING Service which grew from covering one country to
expanding throughout the whole hemisphere.
