the first to solve quadratic equations.

Using Quadratic equation:

-10t2 + 14t + 3 = h

Where:
h = Height gained
t = Upward velocity ( 14 m/s)
t2 = Gravitational force (10m/s2)
3 = Initial height
The value of t will tell you time of projectile
