This app helps to keep track of which activities to do and when to do them.

Activities are grouped by type of sensory stimulation (jumping, deep pressure, heavy
work- proprioceptive, vestibular, oral).

Activity reminders for all caregivers


When it is time to complete the activity, parents can press forward. This takes the
parent to an automatic typed out message telling the other caregiver which activity
needs to be done and to let them know how it goes.

Track how the child responds to the activity and write a note about it.
Track goal progress with sleep, mealtime, and play.

Link to the OTs email to share a weekly summary of the childs experience with the
activities and caregiver observations (sleep, mealtime, play, emotionally).

Videotape OT session activities and add them into the app as Own Activity.
Caregivers can then add these videos or pictures to the daily schedule.
Up to 3 photos or a 10 second video.

3. Choose time for activity
4. Select category, activity, press Done
5. Build a daily scheduling by continuing to add activities (steps 3 & 4), or add your own
6. When its time for the activity
5 minute timer
Text another caregiver (forward)
Switch to another activity in the category
Browse illustrations of the same activity
Press Done when activity completed
7. Note how the activity went
8. Monitor therapy goals
9. Send updates

USE IN THE
FIELD
In EI this app can be used to assist parents with planning when to embed these sensory
activities throughout their daily routines (with permission from OT).
Can also keep track of how the child is doing with sleeping, eating, playing, and with
emotions each week, which is useful information/ a good starting point for visits.
Empowers families to support their child/children with SPD.
Allows for easy communication between OT and family.
