Overview
Douja Promotion Groupe Addoha is a Moroccan real
estate company.
It is the leading real estate company listed on the
Casablanca Stock Exchange, and it has an important
position in the national property development sector
The company was formed by Mr. Anas Sefrioui in 1988,
but the company started fully its activities until 1995 and
was able to realize the first project under the
denomination of "Addoha" by building 2371 lodgings.
Headquarters: Casablanca, Ain Sba.
Mission Statement
Our mission is to be the best and the African leader of the real estate industry.
Addoha combines pleasant and affordable housing. We want our customers to
enjoy our brand image and our recognition as the top of the real estate in the
kingdom, a well as enjoying our products and services. Our goal is to achieve a
customer satisfaction within and outside of Morocco, which will provide us their
loyalty and support. Sharing our values with our customers as well as with our
employees is our key to create the most operational work and be in a position of
leadership in the Moroccan real estate industry.
