the Department in region 2 and for
providing the same with
efficient/effective health and medical
services.
It shall supervise all agencies of the
department in its jurisdiction, including
whatever Medical Centers, Regional
Hospitals and Sanitaria under it, except
those placed under the department
proper.

within its administrative region the
following functions:
Implement laws, rules,
regulations, policies, plans,
programs and projects of the
Department of Health.
Provide effective and efficient
health and medical services to the

Government Units in the
