First Night

Moore was studied for his exam

He realize that a great rat was in the

high-backed oak chair

He took the poker from

fireplace
 Second Night

He realized that behind the

rope there was a picture

He saw the rat and tried to hit it

with the poker, but rat ran up the
rope
 Third Night

- He could see the picture, it showed a

judge.

- Moore recognized the room where he now

stood

Then he looked up and saw the

great rat, it was chewing the rope
He picked up the lamp and the figure of the judge had disappeared from the picture,
but the chair and the details were still there.
Then the judge appeared and picked up the rope
against his neck, so the judge hanged to the student.

In the end, Mr. Thornhill found hung the

body of the student.
