Slide Master View Tutorial

 What is Slide Master View?

Slide Master View is a feature that allows you to change slides and
their layouts.

Slide Master is useful for a presentation that contains a lot of slides.

Slide Master saves a lot of time by making changes to every slide in
a presentation.
 Step One

Click on the View tab

 Step Two

Click Slide Master in the Master Views Group

The first slide is the Master Slide and the slides afterwards are the
layouts for the slide master

 Inserting Layouts

To insert a layout, click Insert Layout

A new layout will appear at the end of the list for slide layouts.
The new layout will have a text box that can be deleted if not needed.

1. Click Insert Placeholder to add more layouts for the slide. Click
the drop-down menu to view all the options.

2. Click the Themes option to apply a consistent design to your

slides. Click the drop-down menu to view all the options

3. Click Colours to apply a consistent colour theme to your

slides. Click the drop down menu to view all the options.

4. Click Fonts to apply a consistent font to you slides. Click the

drop-down menu to view all the options.
Once finished using Slide Master, click "Close Master View" on the
Slide Master tab.
