PARTNERSHIP DEED

OF
M/s QUALTEX COTTON INDUSTRIES

This deed of partnership is made at

Coimbatore on the first day of October
,2016 by and between the following
parties.
 1) Shri Ramu Vasudev, S/o Shri Vasudev Sankar
aged 46 years resident of Nila House, Rocky
Colony Coimbatore, referred to as FIRST PARTY
2) Shri Ibrahim Muhammed S/o Shri
Muhammed, resident at Golden gate colony
3) Shri Ravi Nair S/o Veera, aged 48 years,
resident at Dongu Colony, Valayar
4) Shri Joseph Antony, aged 52 years, Resident at
rose villa, Palakkad
And whereas the above reffered all the four
parties have decided that inorder to avoid any
difficulties and to have better understandings
the parties here have agreed themselves to
reduce in writing the terms and conditions of
partnership afresh and thereby regulate and
control the relationship between the parties,
therefore, this deed of partnership witnesses as
under:
 The partnership business shall be continual to
be carried on under the name and styled as
M/S Qwaltex cotton industries at RK Nagar,
Coimbatore. However partners can also do the
business in other name or names by their
mutual consent.
The deed of partnership is effective from the
1st day of october 2016 and the duration of
partnership at will.
 The seond and third parties shall be the
working partners.
It is further agreed between the partners that
the Net profit or Loss shall be divided
between the partners in the following
proportions- 1:1:1:2
That each partner shall be just and faithful to
each others at all the times and shall keep
others duly informed about the activities of
the business.
