Alexander the Great
Alexander the Great
At the age of 18, Alexander the Great lead his troops from
Egypt to conquer the world. His empire extends from
Europe to India. He was undefeated in battle and is
considered one of history's most successful commanders
Died at the age of 32. Todays forensic expert says that he
died of typhoid fever. Some say he was poisoned.
A few days before he died, he called his troops to make a
military formation and gave his farewell address. His
soldiers carried his golden coffin which have holes on both
sides. His arms are outstretched through this holes, and it
signifies that he died with nothing.
Jimmy Hendrix
Jimmy Hendrix
Rock Star of the late 60s and early 70s. He is even
better than Eric Clapton. Heavy metal, grunge, and
alternative music today are the result of Hendrixs
experiment with distortion and feedback.
He was 27 when he suffocated after drinking wine and
popping 9 sleeping pills in 1970.
Bruce Lee
Bruce Lee
The founder of Jeet Kune Do which is a form of martial
arts that later evolved into the mixed martial arts of
today.
Without Bruce Lee, there is no Ultimate Fighting
Championship.
When Bruce's father died, at age 64, Bruce had a
premonition that he would only live to be half his
father's age. Sure enough, Bruce died when he was 32.
Brandon Lee, Bruce's son, also died at a very young
age. In fact, he died just three and a half months prior
to his father's death anniversary.
Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart
Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart
Genius classical musician from Austria.
Wrote over 600 pieces of music.
Died at the age of 35 in 1791. Some says that a rival
musician poisoned him. Others says that he died of
rheumatic fever.
Diana, Princess of Wales
DIANA, PRINCESS OF WALES
The Princess was the first Englishwoman to marry an
heir to the throne for 300 years when Lady Anne Hyde
(to whom Diana was descended) married the future
James II.
Died in a car crash probably caused by a paparazzi.
Emperor Valerian
Emperor Valerian
Valerian was a noble Roman who became Emperor Valerian I.
During his disastrous reign, the western empire fell into total
disrepair. In 260 AD, Valerian was defeated in the Battle of
Edessa and taken captive by the Persian King Shapur I. In
order to humiliate the Emperor, Shapur used him as a
footstool.

When Shapur grew tired of his footstool, Shapur had Valerian
skinned and had his skin stuffed with dung and straw and put
on display in one of the large Persian temples.
Edward II
Edward II
Edward II was King of England for 20 years (from 1307
1327). Edward greatly upset the nobility in England because
he is a homosexual who prefer young commoners.
After being dethroned and was imprisoned, his wife
Isabella (disturbed by the Edwards homosexual
relationships) brought about his execution in secret:
On the night of 11 October while lying in on a bed [the king]
was suddenly seized and, while a great mattress weighed
him down and suffocated him, a plumbers iron, heated
intensely hot, was introduced through a tube into his secret
private parts so that it burned the inner portions beyond
the intestines.
Emperor Humayun
Emperor Humayun
Ruled Afghanistan, Pakistan, and parts of northern India
from 15301540 and again from 15551556. He was a great
lover of the arts and astronomy and left behind a great
legacy as a consequence. However, he was also very
religious and this is what led to his downfall (literally).
As he was carrying books from the library, Humayun heard
the call the prayer. It was his habit to kneel on one knee
when the call was made, and as he bent his knee, his foot
got caught in the folds of his long robes. He happened to
be standing at the top of a small flight of stairs. Humayun
fell all the way down and hit his temple on a jagged rock
which killed him.
Julien Offray de La Mettrie
Julien Offray de La Mettrie
A French doctor, philosopher, and potentially the
founder of cognitive science. He believed that sensual
pleasures (such as eating, sex, and play) were the sole
reason for life, and so he decided to live his life by that
principle. Julien was an atheist and believed that life
on earth was just a farce to be lived and ended in self-
gratification.
He died rather painfully after eating too much truffle
pate at a feast held in his honor by a man he cured of
an illness.

The King who ordered the murder of infants in

4 BC: Herod the Great reportedly suffered from fever,
intense rashes, colon pains, foot drop, inflammation of
the abdomen, a putrefaction of his genitals that
produced worms, convulsions, and difficulty breathing
before he finally expired.

Arius
A known theologian and heretic.
336: Arius, presbyter of Alexandria, is said to have died
of sudden diarrhea followed by copious hemorrhaging
and anal expulsion of the intestines while he walked
across the imperial forum in Constantinople. He may
have been poisoned.
Jack Daniels
Jack Daniels
1911: Jasper Newton "Jack" Daniel, a famous American
distiller, died from blood poisoning as a result of an
infection in one of his toes. The toe became infected
after he damaged it while kicking his safe in anger
because he could not remember the combination.
Harry Houdini
Harry Houdini
1926: Harry Houdini, the famous American escape
artist, was punched in the stomach by an amateur
boxer. Though this had been done with Houdini's
permission, complications from this injury may have
caused him to die days later, on October 31, 1926. It was
later determined that Houdini died of a ruptured

Jimi Heselden
Jimi Heselden, British owner of the Segway motorized
scooter company, was killed when he accidentally
drove off a cliff on a Segway at his estate at Thorp Arch
near Boston Spa.
Daghlian and Slotin
Daghlian and Slotin
1945: Scientist Harry K. Daghlian, Jr. accidentally dropped a
brick of tungsten carbide onto a sphere of plutonium
(known as the Demon core) while working on the
Manhattan Project. This caused the plutonium to come to
criticality; Daghlian died of radiation poisoning, becoming
the first person to die in a criticality accident.[84]
1946: Louis Slotin, chemist and physicist, died of radiation
poisoning after being exposed to lethal amounts of
ionizing radiation from the same core that killed Harry K.
Daghlian, Jr. The core went critical after a screwdriver he
was using to separate the halves of the spherical beryllium
reflector slipped.
George Eastman
George Eastman
George Eastman invented the 35mm film and founded
the Eastman Kodak Company. He brought
photography to the mainstream. His invention of the
roll film led to the invention of motion picture film in
1888 by the worlds first filmmaker Louis Le Prince. He
had a degenerative disorder, which affected his spine
and his walking. Extreme pain made him increasingly
depressed. On March 14th, 1932, Eastman committed
suicide. He left a short note that simply read:
To my friends: My work is done. Why wait?
Christine Chubbuck
Christine Chubbuck
television reporter, shot herself during a live news
broadcast.
On the morning of July 15, 1974, Chubbuck shot herself
in her live morning talk show Suncoast Digest. Her last
words were:
And now, in keeping with Channel 40s policy of
always bringing you the latest in blood and guts, in
living color, youre about to see another first an
attempted suicide.

Kurt Cobain
Kurt Donald Cobain, an American singer, songwriter,
musician and artist founded the famous rock band
Nirvana with Krist Novoselic in 1985. He took the
band to the heights that no one can imagine.
Killed himself with a shotgun.
