CONFLICT
GET ANGRY
Both persons involved in
an argument would
refuse to listen to the
other person (Lose-Lose)
POSTPONE
Both may put off
talking about the
problem until they are
both calm to talk.
GIVE IN
The person surrenders
to what the other one
wants. (Lose-Win)
GET HELP
The two persons involved in
the disagreement would ask
a third party to help them
solve the problem.
COMPROMISE
Both persons involved in the
conflict talk calmly and find
a solution that would make
them both satisfied.
(Win-Win)
EXAMPLE (WIN-WIN)
TL: I know that I hurt you.
And Im so sorry for that.
Alun: Yes, it really hurts.
TL: Please understand. I will
never do it again. I promise.
Alun: Are you sure? Promise?
TL: Yes, im really sorry. I love
you.
Alun: I love you too. I also
promise not do that
again.
(and they hug each other)
