is by using: IBM Watson, Bluemix and
Twilio.

Watson: developed by IBM to apply advanced

Bluemix: IBMs newest cloud offering that


delivers enterprise level features and gives
access to a wider range of cognitive
technologies.

Twilio: communication platform that facilitates


the integration of our chatbot on different
social platforms. (Text message)
