'Sixth Sense' is a wearable gestural interface

that augments the physical world around us


with digital Information and lets us use
natural hand gestures to interact with that
information
Sixth sense technology was developed at MIT media
lab by Steve Mann in 1994 and 1997
(headworn gestural interface) and 1998(neckworn
version), and further developed by Pranav Mistry , in
2009 both of headworn and neckworn versions.
Sixth Sense is a mini-projector coupled with a camera
and cellphone acts as the computer .The hardware
components are connected in a pendant like mobile
wearable device .Both the projector and the camera
are connected to the mobile computing device in the
use of pocket.

Sixth Sense technology is the science of tomorrow
with the aim of connecting the digital world with the
physical world seamlessly, eliminating hardware
devices. This combination of devices and software
together create a reality in which the digital world is
merged with the physical world.
