All the Heads are to carry out
random checking of Test and
Exercise Books plus Principal
and Vice Principal are to carry
out random checking for the
entire school
All test papers of Class 9 are not
to be given to parents. They are
to be kept safely under the
custody of the Vice Principal till
the children finish the Board
Examination. The Council may
ask for these papers any time for
random checking.
All Heads are to keep a close
check on Correction of Note
Books, Cross Checking,
Teachers Lesson Plan, Record
of Work Book once a week,
Students Attendance Register
on daily basis.
Teachers are to be extra cautious
about pupils attendance, absence
etc. If a pupil is absent for more
than 2 weeks without any intimation,
the teacher has to give it in writing
to the concerned Heads and the
heads are to submit the same to the
Principals office with their
signature.
Substitution - Teachers are to
take the substitution seriously
as we are here to work for 6
hours. No class should be left
un-attended. Teachers will be
responsible for any mishaps
occurring in the class.
Garden Fete was successful.

cash and kind received in my
office at the earliest.
Corridors and Class room
Boards are to be updated and
maintained neatly during the
Zero and Art periods and the
teachers in-charge should be
present alongwith the pupils. A
theme would be given by the
Principal every 3 months.
A meeting to be called with all
the PE teachers regarding
training during PE periods.
Pupils are not allowed to bring
Mobile phones with or without
the knowledge of the teachers.
Few teachers are supporting the
pupils by keeping mobiles in
their custody which is against
the rules of the school.
After School Hours duty
teachers should be more vigilant
and alert. They must take a
round on the school and check if
anyone is left unattended. This
time is not for correction or
reading magazines.
Leave is not a matter of right. Only
casual leave can be applied online. Need
to take special permission from The
Principal in his absence Vice Principal
through a written application to avail EL.
Without pay is Break in service. No
leave will be sanctioned on the closing
and opening day, during tests
/Examinations, this includes even topical
tests, during school functions and
meetings.

LEAVE - LEAVE IS NOT A MATTER OF RIGHT

Leave will not be sanctioned during


(i) Examination Days
(ii) Parents Teachers Meeting
(iii) School Function Days
(iv) Special Duty Days
(v) Staff Meeting
(vi) Before or After long holidays

Leave without prior information will be


treated differently.
The late attendance rule will remain in force.
(i) Late attendance upto 15
minutes 1 day CL/LWP for every
five days of such Late attendance.

(ii) Late attendance after 15


minutes to an hour 1 day
CL/LWP for every three days of such
Late attendance.
(iii)Those staff arriving after an hour
will be marked as 1 day CL/LWP.

(iv) No half day leave will be sanctioned


except on medical grounds.

(v) No employees will be allowed to join


after half day.
VERY IMPORTANT

SINCE THE LEAVE SYSTEM IS


COMPUTARISED, PUNCHING
AND SIGNING IS MUST.
Corporal Punishment
Teachers not being in class on
time, We have recordings. And
should not leave the class before
time.
Not completing the syllabus on
time
Overloaded the pupils with
Homework, Copying Text as
answers
Punishing the children for not
writing the dictated answers
given by the teachers as it is (in
short mugging up the text our
school motto is to encourage the
children to understand the
concept and write the answer in
their own words to improve their
vocabulary).
Teachers must not meet the
parents in the Class Room /
Corridors etc., Parents should
be met in the presence of Vice
Principal / Dy. Headmaster /
Headmistress in their office.
Private tuitions are not allowed.
You signed the Service
Agreement. Breach of conduct
result in dismissal of service.
Prefects or Monitors are not
allowed to punish the children.
Teachers are to take the
attendance not by pupils. All
teachers are to check on pupils,
uniform, haircut, shoes etc.
Teachers are to do their duty either
after school, before school, break
duty (as soon as the break starts the
teachers are to go down) functions
etc., Teachers must be present on
the day of special duty or even
when they are incharge of any
activity.
Teachers are not to leave before
the Tea or Lunch.
FAREWELL Teacher attending
Farewell of class XII must stay till
the end i.e. till all the children are
dispersed.
Teachers are not to carry tea cups to
classes or walking around the
corridors etc., with the tea cups.
All teachers are to attend the
Morning Assembly daily and must
stand in their respective places with
their classes (no groups at the back)
All charts are to be covered during
examinations. No corrections
during invigilation.
Children are not to send out without
EXEAT PASS.
All Staff members are to punch in
the Bio-metric and well as sign in
the Register. No excuses will be
entertained.
Teaching and Talking in Hindi is not
allowed (except Hindi Teachers)
A file for every pupil should be
maintained by the Class Teacher and
should be handed over to the
concerned heads to had it over to
the next teacher.
Be polite and have patient hearing to
parents grievances.
All Fridays 1 hour stay back for
completion of work like Record of
Work Book, Lesson Plan, Correction
etc w.e.f. 20.1.2017.
Class Teachers of Class 10 & 12 are
to give the list of pupils who have
less than 75% attendance.
Class 10 Project Marks to be sent to
the Council before 30th of January
2017.
Teachers are not to collect money
from children without the
permission of the Principal / Vice
Principal.
No children to be seen in the
corridors. Corridor incharge to
check students movements and
classes without teachers.
Cooperate with Counsellor, Doctor,
Nurse and Special Educator.
Teachers are not to get into
arguments with pupils or raise their
hands, pass personal remarks
names etc.
Report all misconduct / difficult
pupils to Mr. Calvert in writing who
will deal with the matter.
Pupils not studying / bringing their
books to class etc., to be dealt with
severely. Parents should be sent for
and pupils negligence should be
reported.
