What we know?
• Laetitia Chia: I know that we need to drink at least 8 cups of water a day
to stay healthy.
What is nutrition?
Nutrition is the process by which living things receive the
food necessary for them to grow and be healthy.
Made up of Proteins.
1) meat (eg fish, chicken),
2) animal products (eg milk, cheese)
3) nuts, peas & beans.

Food Guide Pyramid Table
To make the most of the pyramid, we need to know what counts as 1 serving,

31 Mar We discussed and decided to design an educational card board game on diet and nutrition. We design a path for
the movers on the boardgame and think of types of food that are nutritious or not to the body.
1 April We gathered the information and print out on coloured and matt paper.
6 April Then we cut them to size and pasted them together. We designed and pasted stickers on the boardgame. We found
a dice and a few movers.
7 April We played and tried out the game.
