The study have not focused directly on the issue of
corporate governance, thus the paper focused on

analysis of the pressures confronting national

Potential research in the Philippines

Globalization has far reaching effects not just to


the society but as well as to the economy, it is
just right to conduct a future research in the
Philippines on the evolution of globalizing

practice their standards in accordance to global
or international norms.
