The study have not focused directly on the issue of
corporate governance, thus the paper focused on
the on the comparison of CSR environment United
States and Germany. It was not also mention the
analysis of the pressures confronting national
systems and standards of corporate governance.
Potential research in the Philippines

Globalization has far reaching effects not just to

the society but as well as to the economy, it is
just right to conduct a future research in the
Philippines on the evolution of globalizing
Corporate governance and as to how they
practice their standards in accordance to global
or international norms.
