What is stewardship?

What is Gods concept of stewardship?

Christian stewardship is acknowledging that God is our Master and that

everything we have our lives our personalities, our talents, our
possessions, our time, our resources and everything else is actually His.

We are managers of what God has given or entrusted to us.

 STEWARDSHIP

Then God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness. And let
them have dominion over the fish of the sea and over the birds of the
heavens and over the livestock and over all the earth and over every
creeping thing that creeps on the earth. Genesis 1:26

The LORD God placed the man in the Garden of Eden to tend and watch
over it. Genesis 2:15

1. GOD IS THE OWNER OF EVERYTHING ON THIS EARTH

Because our Master is so rich, He will give us everything we

need to do what He has called us to do. Share a testimony.

Provision, signs, wonders, divine connection, wisdom,

everything will follow as we step in obedience. One step at a
time.

5. THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS A PART TIME STEWARD

THE CALL TO STEWARDSHIP IN THE BIBLE MAKES NO

DISTINCTION BETWEEN LEADERS AND MEMBERS, FULL-
TIME WORKERS AND NON FULL TIME WORKERS. ALL OF
US MUST SERVE GOD FULLY WITH EVERYTHING WE
HAVE.

6. WE NEED TO GIVE AN ACCOUNT TO GOD OF HOW WE
HAVE MANAGED EVERYTHING HE HAS ENTRUSTED TO
OUR CARE

For we must all stand before Christ to be judged. We will each

receive whatever we deserve for the good or evil we have
done in this earthly body. 2 Corinthians 5:10

2. A WRONG RESPONSE TO BIBLICAL AUTHORITY

Q: WHY DO YOU THINK GOD ESTABLISHED AUTHORITY?

GOD IS A GOD OF ORDER.

Let everyone be subject to the governing authorities, for there is no

authority except that which God has established. The authorities that exist
have been established by God. Romans 13:1

IN THE BIBLE, GOD WILL USE A PROPHET OR GOD HIMSELF WILL
REBUKE/PUNISH A WICKED RULER (KING NEBUCHADNEZZAR, KING
SAUL, ADOLF HITLER..)

IF IT IS NOT FROM GOD, THE INTERCESSORS SHOULD RISE. IF GOD

SHOWED IT TO YOU, YOU HAVE THE POWER TO PRAY AND
DECLARE FOR THAT SITUATION.

PEOPLE WHO ARE STEWARDS PUT THE REQUESTS OF

THEIR MASTERS ABOVE THEIR OWN COMFORT

7. RELIANCE ON OUR OWN STRENGTH

BEING GOOD STEWARDS MEANS WE DO NOT ALLOW

INCONVENIENCE, DISCOMFORT OR FEAR OF NEW
THINGS OR WHAT IS UNKNOW STOP US FROM
OFFERING OUR TIME, POSSESSIONS AND BODIES TO
GOD.

WHEN YOU FEEL THAT YOU CANNOT DO IT, THAT IS THE

TIME FOR GOD TO SHOW UP / SHOW OFF.GODS

EXPRESS SOME SITUATIONS WHEREIN YOU HAVE
RELIED SOLELY ON YOUR OWN STRENGTH? WHAT
HAPPENED? HOW DOES IT FEEL? WHAT DID YOU
REALIZE?

WHEN YOU FEEL THAT YOU CANNOT DO IT, THAT IS THE

TIME FOR GOD TO SHOW UP / SHOW OFF.GODS

So he said to me, This is the word of the Lord to Zerubbabel:

Not by might nor by power, but by my Spirit, says the Lord
Almighty.

What are you, mighty mountain? Before Zerubbabel you will

become level ground. Then he will bring out the capstone to

A VISION KEEPS US GOING AND KEEPS US RESTRAINT TO

ANYTHING THAT CAN HINDER THAT VISION,

WHEN WE HAVE NO VISION, WE WILL LEAD AN AIMLESS AND

UNFULFILLED LIFE. WHATS WORSE, WE COULD END UP PURSUING
THE WRONG VISION AND LATER REALIZE WE HAVE WASTED OUR
LIVES PURSUING THE WRONG GOALS. WITHOUT A GODLY VISION,
WE CANNOT EXPERINCE ETHE FULLNESS OF GODS PLAN FOR
OUR LIVES.
