During a rectal exam, a 6cm mass was found at the 12 and 3 o'clock positions that released mucus and blood.     with blood since 5 month ago. Nausea (-), Vomiting (-), Stomatch
    Bloated (+), urination normally, History of the disease (+) Joint Pain,
    History of drug consumption (+) analgetic since 4 years.
