From Pancasila Perspective

Just and civilized humanity (Second Precept)

In this second precept, we are expected to be
involved in solving this humanitarian problem. As
someone who has a sense of humanity, we are
invited to overcome this problem of stuntness. We
can contribute in many ways to help to prevent
children under two years of stuntedness. We can
help provide food and other humanitarian assistance,
by focus on nutrition for the growth of children
Social justice for all the people of Indonesia (Fifth
Percept)
The fifth precept invites us to assume all people
are equal and have equal rights. As well as children,
they deserve to get everything that can support
their growth. They are entitled to get enough
nutrition to grow well. We can help by making sure
that they get what they need to support their
growth. In this case we are invited to help fulfill
their rights as a human being and the people of
Indonesia. It is expected that all people in Indonesia
can be fulfilled their rights including children.
