Benefits:
Cassava is a good source of dietary proteins and
vitamin K which has a potential role in the bone
strengthening.
Cassava is very low in fats and protein than in
cereals and pulses. Nonetheless, it has more protein
than that of other tropical food sources like the
potatoes.

Improvements:
Instead of the ordinary nachos, we replace it with
Cassava and will add up toppings such as corn,
chopped carrots, melted cheese, ground pork etc.
Also, instead of deep frying the Cassava, we will
bake it for it is healthier and less oil.
