The Five-Fold Moral Culture

 Each person must live by the earnings made through his or


her own mental or physical labor.
 One's method of living should not cause any suffering to
the body or mind of any person.
 One should not kill any living being for food.
 One must have the utmost respect for the possessions and
freedom of others and help to protect them.
 One must cultivate loving kindness and strive to alleviate
the miseries of others to the extent possible.
System of Education

Our system of education for reformation and prosperity in life


should comprise five steps. They are:

 Maintenance of physical health.


 Streamlining of psychic activities.
 Maintenance of harmonious relationships with
one and all of human society.
 Purifying the Genetic Center.
 Realization of Truth (Brahma Gnanam).
Physical Exercises

Our Guru Vethathiri Maharishi , after years of


intensive research, has systematized a series of
simplified exercises that are suitable for all age of the
people. It improves the immunity system, Blood
circulatory Systems, Nervous System and Breathing
System, thereby achieving very health Physical body.
The exercises taught are:
Hand Exercises

 Hands and shoulders are strengthened by simple


rotation and stretches.
 Helps to cure and reduce Arthritis pain in the
Joints. Improves Blood circulation and treats the
numbness and trembling of hands.
 During the Hand Exercise, specific stretching and
breathing is taught, which increase the lung
functions.
Leg Exercises

 Regulates the blood flow to all parts of the Leg.


 Is curative and preventive for sciatica and arthritis.
 By applying pressure to the toes and sole, important
organs of the body such as heart, lungs, intestines
and brain are activated.
Breathing Exercises

 Strengthens the lower abdomen muscles and lungs.


 Ventilates the lungs..
 Purifies the blood and Oxygenizes all the glands and
organs.
 Helps curing headache, insomnia, asthma and other
bronchial troubles.
Eye Exercises

 Simple exercises are taught that helps to improve


defective eyesight by toning the nerves and tissues
around the eyes.
 Prevents eye strain, burning sensation and other eye
diseases.
Kapalabhati

 Clears the congestion in the nasal passage.


 Helps to cure sinusitis.
Makarasana

 Regulates the endocrine system.


 Keeps the spine and spinal nerves flexible and healthy.
 Strengthens the backbone and the spinal cord.
 Reduces the excessive sugar in urine and blood.
 Removes unwanted flesh and strengthens the body.
 Regulates the menstrual system.
Acupressure

 Blocks due to short-circuit of electrical energy is


removed.
 Is a preventive for heart ailments.
 Is helpful in alleviating insomnia.
Massaging

 Removes tension in all the important organs (liver,


spleen, intestines, kidneys, pancreas).
 Refreshes and tones the sense organs, facial nerves
and vital organs.
Relaxation

 Brings down blood pressure.


 Removes recurrence of heart trouble.
 Gives a wholesome rest to the entire system.
Simplified Kundalini Yoga
(Meditation)

In simplified Kundalini Yoga, three basic


meditations are taught:
 Akna - Meditation on Akna Chkraimage
 Shanthi - Meditation on Mooladhara Chakra
 Thuriyam - Meditation on Sakastatharam

In between the stages Shanthi and Thuriyam, a


Clearance Meditation is taught to clear the path
between Mooladhara and Akna Chakras.
Introspection

Introspection teaches:

 How to live stress-free life and how Simplified


Kundalini Yoga helps to improve our life.
 How to take control of our Life, Mind and
Senses to achieve success in all walks of Life.
Introspection

By following and practicing these Introspection in


everyday life, one can suitably modify his/her
hereditary and past traits be able to improve their
personality.

This part of the course is divided into Four


Levels.   In each level, two Meditation Techniques
and four or more but very essential Life
Philosophies are taught.

on Deepam (Light).

 Meaning of ME.(Who am I ?).
 Sins and Purification of the same.
Third Level

Third Level,  covers the following:

 Nine Chakras Meditation.


 Nithyananda Meditation.
 Philosophy of Magnetism.
 Evaluation of Universe.
 Life-Force and Mind.
 Purification of Genetic Centre.
 Harmony in Family Life.
 Karma Yoga.
Fourth Level

Fourth Level,  covers the following:

 Evaluation of Life Beings.
 Astronomy and Astrology.
 Cause and Effect.
 Harmony in Family Life.
 Brahma Gnanam.
Kaya Kalpa

Kaya Kalpa Yoga is an ancient wonderful technique of the


Siddhas of South India for the enhancement of life energy.
It is simplified by Vethathiri Maharishi, such that
everyone can practice and reap its results. It is a
physical Yoga technique that has three-fold objectives:

Maintaining Physical health and youthfulness.


Withstanding the ageing process.
Live a full span of Quality Life and Longer Life..
