RECOMMENDATIONS
 The various factors contributing to the recruitment process
need to be acknowledged
 Proper Training to executives will effect in greater
achievements and smooth functioning of the company.
 Company should target the leading colleges and conduct
interview. Such campus recruitment provide such large pool
of applicant giving chance to hire best talent available.
 Company should participate in job, fairs, and open houses,
this would help to attract potential employees and will also
help to improve the company image held by both public and
present employees.
 The clients should be asked to prepare and provide proper
JD for the post vacant in their organization.
 There are more avenues like various social networking sites
which may be explored for a better approach towards
recruitment.
CONCLUSION
Talent Corner encourages an environment where people respect and
tolerate each other’s differences in order to foster a good working
environment. It believes that every person has an opportunity to work,
grow and be considered for promotion based solely on skills,
qualification and performance.

Therefore its recruitment and selection procedure enables its clients to
hire the best available talent.

However most of the consultants are unable to provide the man power
as per company’s expectation. Comparatively the applicants referred by
employee are being selected in large number.

However the warm approach by everyone was worth admiration. I
enjoyed working every day in Talent Corner. I was very fortunate to gain
such a learning experience which would be valuable for me in every
aspect of my professional career
