Alternative Courses of Action

1. Mary Kay should provide the market appealing

promotional activities. This might include using the
tri-media to easily make a name in the new market.
Sampling is also a good promotional activity. This will
give its Filipino customer a hint on the product quality
that Mary Kay gives. Both promotions will be said

Recommendation

Alternative Course No. 1

Providing promotional activities is the most effective
strategy that will make an appeal to the market and will
surely give Mary Kay a share from the market. Using
the tri-media will make an information that the
business is existing or is available in the market and
through sampling, it will give the customer how quality
the product that the business is providing.
Contingency

Unless otherwise alternative course of action 1 will

not be feasible, it might be recommended, alternative
course of action 2, in which Mary Kay will conduct a
corporate social responsibility. We all know that
performing CSR is not easy, it takes time and effort and
it is very expensive, but in return, it will help a lot for
the business to be known in the market especially in
the community you are catering for your corporate
social responsibility.
