TAYLOR’S PRINCIPLES OF
SCIENTIFIC MANAGEMENT
• Scientific Management is logical approach towards the solution of
management problems.

• It is a art of knowing exactly what you want your men to do and then
seeing that they do it in the best and cheapest way.

• It includes:-
1. Scientific study and analysis of work.
2. Scientific selection and training of employees.
3. Standardization of raw material,euipment and wprking conditions.
4. Reasonable remuneration to employees.
5. It is an economical method which makes the best possible use by
integration and co-ordination of available resources.
