Broadening my skills from magazine to filming.
Different main brief even though my side briefs will be print based.
Trying something new and experimenting is key to broadening my skills within media.

 WHAT PROMOTIONAL MATERIALS
WILL YOU PRODUCE?
I will produce a newspaper advertisement for the documentary; this will be
done as if it was going into The Sun.
This is key as I would want this to be in a well known newspaper such as the
Sun as it is an entertainment newspaper.
The Radio times is a magazine which comes alongside a newspaper. This
includes the times of the showings of the week on changes such as Channel
four and ITV etc.
 PRACTICAL CONSIDERATIONS
ABOUT FILMING
Studio as to where I will film it
The camera and microphone from Sir.
Extras that I will need; more than likely other dancers that go to my dance
school.
I would also need to consider filming in my room as I want it to be a home
documentary made by Elise.
 CASTING AND SETTING
Studio (if possible) and my house.
Elise as the protagonist of the documentary.
I will have one dance teacher who runs the academy, Ishq Dance
Academy.
 WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO
RESEARCH AND WHY
I will need to research typical conventions of a documentary which will
come through in my textual analysis; still in this process.
My documentary will be a fly on the wall documentary about normal
people.
Little details such as her recording herself as if on a phone is key to the
authentication of this documentary.

AND WHY
Settings house and studio (rent etc.)
A day for Elise to come round and another day for her to film with the dance
teacher
Story board in the process
Script voice over
Interviews and talking heads
