DEFINITION OF PROJECT
MANAGEMENT
is the discipline of planning,
organizing, securing and
managing resources to achieve
specific goal(s).
OR
is the science and art of
organizing the components of a
project.
NATURE OF PROJECT
MANAGEMENT
A PROJECT is a temporary exercise.
with defined BEGINNING and an
END undertaken to meet specific
goal(s).
