that the standards are high and faculty is accountable. Faculty is very senior and
experienced. We renew our reputation on a continuous basis with greater standards year
after year. Our material is the best. Our style is simple, effective and formalistic. Our
substance is in-depth and relevant.
WHY SRIRAM ?
Civil Services Examination is knowledge-intensive. The knowledge required is unlike any
other examination. Nuances are the key. It is not amassing information. Mechanistic
preparation like an ordinary tutorial is suicidal. Faculty that has knowledge and experience is
required. Faculty also should have passion. Faculty should care for the students. It has to
enliven the classes. Continuous renewal is vital. SRIRAMs IAS has such resources.
Remember and reflect: teaching IAS aspirant is not teaching for any other competitive
examination. Certain intellectual sensitivity is necessary.
The civil servants implement the policies made by the Political Executive and execute laws and
policies to attain the goals of Welfare State which is what India is according to the Constitution.
The civil servants in their initial career implement policies even while suggesting minor
changes. Later in their careers, they are the virtual authors of the public policy. The best civil
servants never retire. Or rather, they are in such demand that they are not free to retire- they
find place in Tribunals, advisory bodies like NitiAayog, become advisors and so on. This work
profile makes Civil Services irresistible for the best and the brightest.
