Instructions Form pairs, trios, or quartets. Select a person to interview (dont choose somebody in MCL) He or She must be a distinguished leader in any of the following fields 1. Politics/ Community 2. Business 3. Academe 4. Sports 5. Religion 6. Military/Maritime Guide Questions Basic Info: name, age, address, educational attainment, alma mater, family, company/group being led, position in company/group, how many people under you, how many years in the leadership? How did you become a leader? Narrate the story from your humble beginnings to the present. Guide Questions Who were the people who influenced you the most? What are your greatest achievements? What were the most difficult times in your career/ life as a leader? How were you able to overcome these tough times? Whats your formula for success? Guide Questions How do you balance work and family? What advice would you give to upcoming leaders like us? Analysis and Reflection Which of the 7 Laws of Leadership are very evident in the life of the interviewee? Why did you say so? Each group member must write a half-page reflection paper on this interview experience. What insights did you get as you did this project? Format Your written report must be in PARAGRAPH FORM!!! Dont use bulleted form or Q-and-A form. It should include a photograph of ALL group members together with the interviewee. If a student is not present in the photo, he will get zero. Prepare for an oral report Make a powerpoint presentation for Week 9. Use bullets in presenting info. Dont paste whole paragraphs on the slides. You must also prepare a powerpoint presentation for your oral presentation Mention in your oral report how much you have learned out of this experience/project. You must also prepare a powerpoint presentation for your oral presentation The ppt presentation should include a photograph of ALL group members together with the interviewee. If a student is not present in the photo, he will get zero.
